"Recently I paid for a logo design from one of those design firms that advertise on the search engines. I needed a logo designed for my new company and I browsed the different firms and found a company with a decent pricing plan and filled out the order.

I had emailed them specific instructions on what I wanted done and the final product was worthless. To top it off, the original concept that I wanted never got to the design team and I had to call them and find out why my specific instructions had not been met. Secondly I had to call them on the final day to get them to email the final product.

I placed ad ad on the internet for a graphic designerand you responded. After disucssing my needs you told me you could have a logo designed by the end of the day. Those internet design firms require a 2 day turn around.

After going back and fourth you really took my needs and concerns to heart and you created the logo that truly represents what I want my corporate image to be.
